This week was a down week. I did core work and two light runs. I'll start picking things up a little this week and in another week really start getting in shape for some winter races. I wasn't planning on running today but I had to do something to release the frustration after the football game. Consequently, I felt like I was going to throw-up for most of the run b/c I ate too much during the game. I did, however, break in a new pair of running shoes, the new balance 769's.
