This Week in Running: 6.21 to 6.27.10

A down week. This upcoming week will be another down one. I'll run when I feel like it. Maybe due a couple easy runs on the beach. Monday, July 5, marathon training begins. Have a good week everyone.

Monday 6.21

Started easy kept it easy but pace got faster.

Tuesday 6.22
AM: core
PM: 7 miles in 52:33
Easy trail run.

Wednesday 6.23
AM: core
Planned off day.

Thursday 6.24
AM: lifting sequence & biked to/fro gym.
Another planned off day.

Friday 6.25
PM: 4.25 miles in 33:13
Jogged to the track and then did 11 x 100 yd strides. Working on form and efficiency. 4 strides w/out sneakers.

Saturday 6.26
AM: core
Another planned off day.

Sunday 6.27
PM: 3.5 miles in 38:51
An enjoyable run on the beach w/ Jen.
