Analysis: I've been resting the left foot all week.  Truth be told, it doesn't feel that much better, so I might as well start running again.  I gave it 10 non-running days and was hoping to feel marked improvement.  That didn't happen.  With the new arrival at home, I'll probably easy back into jogging this next week.
